Rivendell House of Healing is a wellness space focused on helping people better understand their bodies and supporting whole-body wellness through non-invasive technologies and natural therapies. Our goal is to provide a peaceful, educational, and supportive environment where individuals can learn more about their health and take practical steps toward greater well-being.

About the Role

We are looking for a Holistic Care Provider who is passionate about helping others improve their health and well-being. This role combines client care, wellness technology, education, and light administrative work.

The right candidate will help guide clients through their visits—from scheduling and welcoming them into the space, to running scans, reviewing results, and supporting them with therapies such as light therapy and Biofeedback.

This role requires someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently, as much of the time you will be managing the space on your own.

You will also play a role in sharing Rivendell with the community, building relationships and helping more people discover the services we offer.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care

  • Welcome and guide clients through their visit

  • Help clients feel comfortable and supported during their appointment

  • Discuss scan results and provide general wellness insights

  • Assist clients in understanding recommended therapies or next steps

  • Build relationships with clients and encourage ongoing care

Wellness Technology & Therapies

  • Run and manage Biofeedback scans

  • Prepare and review report findings with clients

  • Assist clients with light therapy sessions

  • Maintain proper setup and cleanliness of equipment and treatment areas

Scheduling & Operations

  • Manage scheduling and client communication

  • Answer phone calls, texts, and emails

  • Maintain client records

  • Ensure the space is organized and running smoothly

Community Outreach & Promotion

  • Build relationships within the local wellness community

  • Help promote Rivendell House of Healing through networking and local connections

  • Share services with potential clients, wellness groups, and community partners

Qualifications

  • Background in a hands-on wellness field (massage therapy, bodywork, or similar)

  • Active license or certification that allows for touch-based services

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfort with learning and using wellness technology (training provided)

  • Ability to manage both client care and light administrative tasks
